Alex Gonzalez founded RAG Support LTD in 2003 as an electrical and general maintenance company serving both domestic and commercial customers.

RAG Support has consistently shown an unparalleled work ethic and professionalism, delivering quality and value to all our customers. RAG Support has developed to be one of the most trusted electrical contracting and property maintenance companies in the North London area.

In 2015, RAG Support launched a Property Management Services division. This helped us meet the expanding and ever growing demand for landlord services, in both residential and commercial properties, serving London and the surrounding areas.

Management Services

Property Management

Residential and commercial real estate management for a one-off fee or on a contract basis including short-term holiday lets. RAG Support helps relieve landlords of the daily management responsibilities in managing their rental properties including:

      • Conducting repairs and maintenance.
      • Cleaning services for tenancy check in and checkout.
      • Contract agreements.
      • Rent collection.
      • Tenancy affordability checks and references.

      • Perform periodic inspections on a predefined schedule looking for repair needs, safety hazards and fit for purpose.


        Send landlords periodic reports on the condition of the property.

    • Provide our in-house experienced maintenance staff to help with any maintenance you may require.
    • Establish preventative maintenance policy to identify and deal with repair needs.
    • Deploy qualified subcontractors to carry out specialist repairs.
    • Provide a 24-hours emergency support hotline.
    • Manage end to end delivery of renovation projects.
    • Complete tenant reference and affordability checks.
    • Preparation, review and execution of the lease agreement.
    • Perform detailed property inspections and complete a check-in report with each tenant verifying the condition of the property prior to the start of the contract.
    • Agreements on rent payments schedules and security deposit.
    • Perform a detailed inspection and complete a check-out report with each tenant verifying the conditions against the check-in report.
    • Estimate the costs of any repairs.
    • Return the security deposit according to the agreements.
    • Prepare and clean the property for the next tenants.
    • Put the property back on the market.

Project Management

We offer professional reactive building maintenance services to a range of businesses and properties across London. We have years of experience in reactive maintenance, we understand the effect and disruption can have on workflow and productivity.

    • You will only be charged for your work when you are entirely happy with it. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied we will work closely with you to resolve any outstanding issues.
